Refund policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 71 and 48 hours prior to the booking will still incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule to any available time slot.

All membership packages are non-refundable.
