Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a content creation session at Content Cove and fully assume all risks related to personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during my session. Content Cove and its staff are not liable for any injuries or losses sustained on the premises.

Equipment & Property Damage Fees 

Clients are responsible for proper use and care of all equipment, furnishings, and studio property. Any damages or missing items will be charged at full repair or replacement cost, payable within 7 days.

Surveillance Disclosure 

Security Notice:

For the safety and security of our guests and property, Content Cove is equipped with continuous video surveillance and security cameras monitoring all common areas of the building. No cameras are installed in private restroom spaces. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to video monitoring during your booking.

Use of Studio

The studio may only be used for photography, videography, and content creation. Clients are responsible for their guests’ conduct. The space must be returned to its original condition. Cleaning fees apply if left untidy.

Conduct & Prohibited Activities

No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, pets (unless approved), underage drinking, loud music, hazardous materials, glitter/confetti, nudity, or unauthorized parties allowed. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for smoking violations. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination without refund.
